  • Owners are responsiblt for all usual maintenance such as roof, plumbing, electrical work that needs repair as long as it was not the result of tenant misuse. Tenants will be responsible for work that was caused by misuse, such as holes put in sheetrock, holes in doors, toilets clogged by toys, feminine products, etc.

  • Yes, the security deposit will be refunded after a tenants moves out and the property is inspected for any tenant related damage. If there has been damage to the property that is not normal wear and tear, the repair amount will be deducted from the initial security deposit paid.

    Your key deposit is not refunded as that amount is applied toward re-keying the property after move-out which typically costs around $50.00-$65.00

  • Before you can move into the property you will need to pay the security deposits and first month’s rent.

  • You can pay rent online (debit card, credit card, or bank account) under the tenant portal section or your online Buildium account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to apply to rent an Riverwalk Real Estate property. In addition, anyone planning to live in the property age 18 or over is required to submit an application and be approved.

  • We cannot hold a property before an application has been submitted, approved and a seurity deposit has been paid. We encourage everyone to fill out an application while you’re looking for that perfect property. Then, once you find the property you want, you can reserve it with your security deposit and a signed lease.

  • Fill out the online application and pay the application fee.
